1. Agreement Acceptance and Definitions

2.4 Geographical Restrictions

r6win services are intended primarily for residents of the Philippines. Users from Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register accounts or use r6win services. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of r6win complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. r6win makes no representation that services offered on the Platform are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Users accessing r6win from jurisdictions where such access may be illegal do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

2.5 Account Verification Process

Users will be notified via registered email thirty (30) days before any dormancy fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, Users must contact customer support.

4. Deposits and Payment Processing

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

r6win supports various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others), and other locally available payment solutions. All payment methods must be registered in the User's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. r6win reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing and Limits

Deposits made via e-wallet services such as GCash or Maya typically process within thirty (30) seconds to five (5) minutes. Bank transfer deposits may require one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the issuing bank's processing times. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on User verification status and account history. r6win does not charge fees for deposits; however, Users are responsible for any fees imposed by their payment providers or financial institutions.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on r6win are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit using a different currency, your payment provider or bank will perform the currency conversion, and any associated conversion fees or exchange rate differences are your responsibility. r6win is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or conversion charges applied by third parties.

4.4 Failed or Disputed Transactions

If a deposit fails to credit to your account within the stated processing time, contact customer support immediately with transaction details including payment reference number, amount, date, and time. r6win will investigate and resolve the issue within seventy-two (72) hours. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated by the User, r6win reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation and may terminate the account if fraudulent activity is confirmed.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Users may request withdrawals of available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) account is fully verified according to KYC requirements; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses have been met; (c) the withdrawal method is the same as or consistent with the deposit method; and (d) minimum withdrawal thresholds are satisfied. Self-exclusion options are available ranging from temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months) to permanent account closure. 9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond r6win's control. r6win is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, and no compensation will be provided for downtime except as required by applicable law.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, r6win SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF r6win HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. r6win'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS MADE BY THE USER IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless r6win, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) your violation of any rights of third parties; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of r6win shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for resolution of any legal disputes.

Both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing litigation. Any arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with Philippine arbitration law and procedures.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Grounds for Suspension

r6win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice for any of the following reasons: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) providing false or misleading information; (d) irregular play patterns or bonus abuse; (e) failure to complete verification procedures; (f) chargebacks or payment disputes; (g) abusive behavior toward staff or other Users; or (h) any other reason that r6win, in its sole discretion, deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

11.2 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, Users forfeit access to the Platform and all associated services. Any remaining balance in the account may be returned to the User after deduction of any fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed to r6win, provided the account was not terminated for fraudulent activity. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are forfeited upon termination. r6win is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for termination decisions, which are final and binding.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure
